Mindfulness Meditation
"Mindfulness Meditation is a non-judgemental, open hearted, friendly, and inviting of whatever arises in awareness. It is cultivated by paying attention on purpose, deeply, and without judgement to whatever arises in the present moment, either inside or outside of us. By careful moment-to-moment attention, individuals can live more fully and less on 'automatic pilot', thus, being more present for their own lives."
Midfulness Meditation is known to be clinically effective for:

Sessions available:
Wednesday
9:30am -10:30am
or 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Friday 9:30am - 10:30am
or 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Duration: 8 sessions once a week for 1 hour a class.
Cost: $100
