Muay Thai Boxing
Known as the art or science of eight limbs, Muay Thai (translated, "Thai-Boxing") is the national sport of Thailand. Similar to western boxing, Muay Thai expands on various combative techniques using knees, elbows, punching and kicking. Beginners - Advanced.

Women's Classes
Focusing on cardiovascular exercise, weight loss and self defense, our Women's Thai boxing class delivers top physicalconditioning for the beginner to the advanced student.
Times:
Tuesday and Thursday:
5:30pm - 6:30pm and 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Children & Youth
Focusing on safety and respect amongst other participants, our Kids Thai-boxing class is the preparatory framework for the beginner to fitness and martial arts.
Times:
Tuesdays: 4:30pm - 5:30pm (age 6-10)
5:30pm - 6:30pm (ages 10-14)

Men's Classes
Our Men's Adult Muay Thai classes' offers more elaborate training for the beginner to the advanced student. All levels welcome.

Meet our Head Instructor
Jamie Casino, BSc 0 Chief Instructor
Kru (Master) Jamie Casino brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of fitness, exercise and martial arts training.
Armed with over 25 years' experience and strength conditioning, personal training and hand to hand combat in various martial arts disciplines. Jamie's developed approach to practical Muay Thai training focuses primarily around the development of one's dexterity, speed co-ordination, agility, explosive power, concentration and cardiovascular endurance.
