Zumba Fitness
Particpate in dance and fitness in a way that is simple and effective. Our down to earth instructors will break down hot dance moves into fun to learn steps. Discover how to move with confidence and style in a welcoming and social atmosphere.
Come alone or come with friends. You can start at any time. No experience required! If your ready to move then come join the party!

Zumba (Low Impact)
This class is modified to be an easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. The program is designed to be an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating! Zumba (low impact) classes provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults and clients limited to movements but want to stay active. Join us on our next class this Thursday!

Total Body
Incorporating all elements of exercise, including cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, and stretching and flexibility; this class offers a full body workout for individuals looking to get fit. It will begin with a warm-up, followed by 25 minutes of cardio training through aerobic exercise and/or Latin Dance (Zumba). The class then transitions to 20 minutes of muscle conditioning, focusing on strength training, endurance and functional performance through various exercises such as planks, crunches, squats, and light weightlifting. It finishes with a cooldown including relaxation and breathing, and stretching exercises to help improve flexibility.
Low-impact – Tuesdays, 5:30pm – 6:30 pm
Regular class - Fridays, 1:30pm –2:30 pm
